TiggerFish Posted April 28, 2018 Share Posted April 28, 2018 I'm trying to help a friend of my wife. She (Thai national) married a UK resident in the UK and they had a child, born in the UK. The relationship broke down and she returned to Thailand with the child on a UK passport. She took the child with the fathers consent. She has made repeated calls to her husband to send the Childs birth certificate which he has agreed to do but has never actually done it.
