Gents I am no expert on the net.

I have tried to find a Condo for sale in Prachup Khiri Khan. I am trying to find a Condo for sale in Muang Prachup Khiri Khan.

During my stay the owners of the hotel where I stayed suggested that they would build a Condominium in the future.

I do not want to rent a house or small bungalow.

I stayed a couple of years ago during Chiang Mai's  burning season and I am now considering a move of location in Thailand.

Is any one away of any Condo's in the town, I did not see any during my month down there.

There were new apartments in Donsai (Google Heng Heng apts)  but not in town you will need transport, also i think they are all taken, plus noisy restaurant attached or close by.

In town i dont know of anything.If there are any they certainly low end

Low season now so glut of houses for rent

No condos as such, building height limit is seven floors due to the airforce base.

Just noticed some 2 story rooms near fire station i  certainly wouldn't entertain living there but thats probably the nearest as Mr T said no high rise here

CM where I live has Condos breeding Condos.

However for a couple of months of the year the atmospherics are painful.

I enjoy the Sea Breeze and am seriously contemplating a move and would do so if I can find suitable accomadation.
