Hey all. Just wondering what your guys thoughts are on this service? I was impressed with the wide variety of not only cuisine, but grocery items as well. Is it reliable to order directly from the site? Will I receive a confirmation phone call when my order is placed?

no, the point of the internet is to avoid the phone call. you will receive an email to confirm. they use the phone only if there is a problem

This service is generally excellent and works as advertised...sometimes it may take more than an hour (also depending on where in BKK you live), but it's well worth the wait.

yep i use them regularly and have only once ordered by phone, i always use the internet, you receive a confirmation email within about 10 minutes, and pay cash on delivery. Service it excellent.

actually I usually phone the order (but will go by internet next time!) and I have to say their phone operators are some of the best I've come across in Thailand - understand everything first time.

We can order cooked dishes over the phone in our area.

I'm on Ramkhamhaeng Rd. and it does sometime take a bit more than an hour, but never had any other delivery issues.
