12 month Retirement Visa Extension

Greetings from San Fran,

 

I know this will seem redundant, but I cannot find the latest writable or even downloadable TM. 7 - even on the new official site!

I've extended for nine years (Suan Plu and CW) but understand there's a newer form.  Would appreciate any direction and any new advice as i'm flying in from the States just for that purpose. Is the TW. 8 new now as well?  Many thanks in advance.

 

Side note:  I read you don't have to be at IM in person if you're disabled.  Broke my back 2 years ago and hence missed my 10th extension - ouch. Anyone have experience with how to orchestrate that?  Again,  TY

It has more forms than what you need. When printing select only the pages you want printed.

I usually try to get to CW ~<8:00am (on a Tues or Wed) w/ all the other requisite docs, a collared shirt, good attitude, and then get ready for the stampede when they open the door!
