Hi ,

Living in Thailand since 2012 .

My question is :

I'm actually married . If i divorced is the fact that i stay longer will change something for my new visa ?

Actually i go to Savanakhet and ask for a non-o multi reentry visa , available for one year.

Thanks for your help

If you have a multiple entry non-o visa it will be valid to use until it expires if you were to get divorced.

If you had an extension of stay based upon marriage issued by immigration it would end on the date you get divorced.

As i'm not 50 , i cannot stay in Thailand anymore

you can get ED visa (education visa) for various stuff like study thai/english/muay thai/cooking/etc, but that mean you have to travel to laos once a year,

go to school twice a week, and pay 30k+ for the course.

In a way yes. You would have to find another way to stay in Thailand.

If you could delay the divorce until near the end of you current non-o visa you could go out for a new one that would give another 15 months of total stay.

You could still stay in Thailand.

You try to find a job that would allow you get a work permit and extension of stay based upon working.

Stay on tourist visa until you find another way. Making trips to your country to get multiple entry tourist visas that can allow a total stay of almost 9 months.

Join Thai Elite to get a PE visa that would allow unlimited one year entries for 5 years. The lowest cost membership is 500k baht.
