I travel to Thailand a number of times each year. Any recommendations on a good bank for this purpose. What documents will I need to open a bank account in Thailand? astral Posted May 16, 2004 Share Posted May 16, 2004 I recommend Krung Thai Bank for service and friendliness. Forget Bangkok Bank the queues are far to long and they do not care.
