Not unique at all. Happens in almost all countries with expats. It's the bloody stupid natives that don't understand to move away when quality human material decides to grace the local breeding grounds with their existence.

Ok, here's what happened. I've got security cam video and no one came to my house at the time it showed as "Delivered" at 9:30 PM last night. This morning I sent a message to Flash indicating that the package was not delivered. Then I began trying to fill out the Lazada forms for non-delivery. Trust me, they are a complete circle-jerk. I doubt I could have managed to actually file a non-delivery report. It's AI and rather stupid AI at that. The message to Flash must have gotten through. The delivery guy showed up about 10 minutes ago with the package. My guess was that at 9:30 PM last night he was tired of delivering and marked the package as "Delivered" so he could go home with the plan of delivering today. Lessons learned. If your package doesn't show up, work directly with the Delivery agent. Lazada reporting system is overly complicated and runs you in circles. The Flash delivery guy is a good fellow, so I hope I didn't get him in trouble.
