What is earliest date for 1 year extension of 90 day Non-imm B (wth work permit)

Featured Replies

Could someone advise the earliest date to do this at Chaeng Wattana.  For instance could it be done on day 60 of the initial non-imm visa.  Does the 1 year date start from the extension date or the date of the expiry of the initial 90 day non-imm visa.

Thanks for advice.

At Chaeng Wattana you can apply for the extension up to 45 days before your 90 days ends.

The extension will start at the end of your 90 day permit to stay not the date you apply.

Are you sure, I asked some time ago when I was there and they say 15 days before or up to 7 days after the expire date.

Usually I send in my post, but what I have noticed it that they put the new date 90 days on the date they stamp the document, but their webpage says they will stamp as the date of expire.

He asking about getting a extension of the 90 day permit to stay from a non-b visa not about 90 day reports.
