May 30, 20187 yr I have had a True VDSL 30/5 line for more than a year now. Even just a few feet from the router, my 2.4G has more signal strength than my 5G which is very weak. I have tried all around my apartment and it's the same everywhere. I have had True send a tech 3 times...each time they replace the router but within a day or two...same old-same old. Could this be because too many users on the channel I happen to be on? I've tried changing channels but it didn't seem to help. Has anybody else had this problem? Any solution? 3BB has now wired my building and is offering 100/30 service for B700/m, only B100 more than I'm paying True for 30/5. I'm pretty sure I'm going to switch to 3BB pretty soon. Are most 3BB users generally satisfied?
