Hello, I have some questions. I'll apply Non B(teaching) Visa in Penang.

 

My agency sent my documents to school. Then today I can see the documents.

 

1)For the first photo,

A)For this documents school and me have to fill in the blanks right?

B)What's the name of this document actually?

C)http://www.thaiembassy.org/kualalumpur/contents/files/services-20170329-105646-383024.pdf in this link I can see number 7 "DOCUMENTS FROM THE EMPLOYER" is that same one?

 

2)For the second photo, school told me that school director have to sign this document. What's the name of this documents again?

 

3)For the last photo, school told me again they'll send this documents to immigration office of Surat Thani. What's that again?

 

4)3 days ago my agency ask my bachelor's degree. He said he'll send my information to MINISTRY OF EDUCATION(for private school) then around 1 week later he'll get letter from there. It's take around 1 week really? Because my visa expire on 18 june.

Part 7.1 and 7.2 what are the this documents?

2)For the second or last one photo, this letter for Thai Consulate in Penang.

3)Last one for the Surat Thani Immigration but still don't know what is that?

The second photo is request for assistance in the issuance of documents to facilitate the change of visa status. It is addressed to Surat Thani Educational Office.

 

The third photo is addressed to the Consul in Penang and requests assistance in the issuance of documents to facilitate the change of visa status. It is the same letter!
