Johnny Depp appeared pale and tired as he emerged for the first time since sparking fears for his health.

 

The 54-year-old movie star was spotted greeting fans as he arrived at the Regent Hotel in Berlin, Germany.

 

His freshly shaven face looked drawn as he hid under a pair of large sunglasses and a baseball cap.

 

Despite Johnny's recent weight loss worrying fans, he smiled graciously as he signed autographs.

I do believe that his new movie role requires him to be skinny , hence his weight loss
