Thailand well and truly has a dictatorship in place. Instead of going to Europe i suggest he make a slight detour with his 550 hangers on and go to North Korea. They both have something in common. But then I remember that dishonest and incompetent describes most Thais so I doubt any of them would be any better. C'est la vie.
