There could be a big opportunity to increase the sale of cassava here if the project in Indonesia is anything to go by, using cassava to produce biodegradable bags, looking just like a plastic bag:

..I was thinking there must be a huge potential market for biodegradable packaging.. not just in Asia but all over the world.  Someone will catch on sooner or later, I guess..
