Rimmer Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Litter, parking crackdown set for Banglamung Beach PATTAYA:--Banglamung District will deploy officers to regulate parking and stop littering on a Pattaya-area beach popular with Thais. Banglamung Beach, off Soi Banglamung 16, is far off the beaten tourist track, but a popular destination for Thais on the weekend hunting for clams and relaxing under the trees. However, after a local cable television show was inundated with complaints about litter on the beach and unregulated parking, the district government was forced to act. Deputy District Chief Narathip Fukruk said June 8 that “no littering” signs will be posted that threaten violators with fines. In addition, officers will be deployed on weekends and holidays to corral the chaos that has become parking at the beach. thaiden1 Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 I was at the beach today and saw a huge number of Speed Boats dropping off or picking up people at the north end of Pattaya beach. I thought they were supposed to do this at the pier. 1 1

Parking area must have been full when I rode past there about 10:00 am 15/6, as there were at least 6 buses unloading and loading passengers along that section, and the number of Chinese just crossing the road willy nilly instead of using walk lights down further beggars belief, nearly cleaned one of them up in Soi 4 kept blowing horn on bike not listen until his countryman pointed me out to him then it was like I'm walking here what are you doing on the road.
