Sorry, what is the difference and lack of balance in my definition?

Let me narrow it down:

"When the term economic migrants is used, it generally refers to the unskilled and semi-skilled individuals from impoverished countries in the global south. Economic migrants are not eligible for asylum under the 1951 Geneva Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees."

OK, that's true, its a term that is used to distinguish between refugees and rejected asylum seekers, more fun to apply it to sexpats though in my opinion.

What is patently obvious is whatever definitions of asylum law were, were never, intended to deal with the millions of the migrant muck now overwhelming western countries.  Austria,Hungary,Serbia, now Italy, probably Spain soon and so on will all tear up and ignore whatever the article states as it now not fit for purpose.

What needs to be done is to round up these "migrant" and return them from where they originated from before the welfare pot of western countries is bled dry by these spongers
