visa on arrival 30 day convert to non o based on marriage

Hi, 

I am a British and have been living in Thailand for the past 12 years with Non O visas based on Marriage. 

I recently had to return to the UK  and while I was here my Non O visa expired, I am returning to Thailand for 3 week holiday soon, my question is can I go to Savannakhet and apply for a multiple entry Non O while on a visa on arrival or do you have to have a tourist visa to apply.

Yes you can.

 

It’s easier to get a Multiple or Single entry Non ‘O’ by post from the London Embassy while your in the UK.
