ubonjoe
You could do your extension application and report today if you wanted to. Reports can be done up to 15 days early and extension 30 days early.

Not unless it is done at one of the few offices that issue a new report slip when the extension application is done. A extension is not considered doing a 90 day report unless it the first extension application.

So conceivably after an extension renewal a person could need to return to immigration within a few days for the 90 day report?

I thought that doing my extension automatically covered my 90 day report. That mistake cost me 2000 baht.
