visa

Hi,

Iam from india working in thailand on NON B visa. I bring my spouse in depended visa and i got NON  O visa for one year for her.

If she get a job in thailand she need to cancel NON O visa or she can apply for NON B visa with the help of the employer. Please suggest me.

To get a non-b visa she would have to get one from a embassy or consulate.

If you she was able to get work permit application accepted with her current extension of stay (it is not a non-o visa) based upon your extension she could change the reason for her extension to one based upon working (not a non-b visa) like your have.

It is a big maybe for here getting the work permit with the type of extension she has now (she does not have valid visa). Many work permit offices will not accept the application for one.

If she was able to do the application for the work permit and get a work permit application approval letter she could change her current extension to one based upon working
