tartempion Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 Strange on Thai smile website I can log in (they have my data), fill in departure and arrival airport, travel dates, select flights and fares, do seat selection, then confirm to get to payment screen but that's where I am stuck, on the confirm button/page Nothing is wrong with all the fields entered, nothing is missing. I tried with Firefox and Microsoft Edge, same result. I hate phoning them call center 1181but might have no other choice. Any one have problems booking a ticket? I managed to book a return ticket with my I pad Thai Smile app, had problems with seat selection, seems to need select seat twice before you can continue, next get onto a payment screen. But before you get there you can "regisiter" whatever that means (name + address data), that gave a "Can not register now, Technical error". For my understanding: is it the "Continue" button with price shown where you are stuck? And none of the mandatory data is claimed as missing or wrong? KhunBENQ Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 I reread your first post and have no other idea, but interference by some "security" software, net nanny, browser plugin, popup blocker... What you can try with Firefox: 1) go to the Help menu and select the option to start with disabled plugins. or 2) right click on the FF icon and select "New private window". With this option you will have to login with your member data (again). or (even better) do like described in 1) and then from the file menu select "New private window". On the other hand you write EDGE and FF.... Clueless. Or is the problem simply gone It would not be the first time that the site is non functioning or totally dead. KhunBENQ, indeed pushing the Continue button makes my screen blink and stay there. All fields filled in, should bring me to pay page. Will try the new private window later.
