Japhrodisiac
I just recieved my new Mitsu Triton 4dr 4x4. I drive a lot on crap roads and up into the mountains, and want to buy a set of wheels/tires for general/off-road use that will be functional as well as look good. The wheel/tire package that comes stock on the Triton 4x4 lets down the rest of the vehicle, which is quite robust. Any suggestions as to brand/store, online sources etc? Also, what is a fair (ball park) price for aftermarket wheels and tires here? I'm getting quoted all kinds of prices from local sources, the usual "farang with deep pockets as evidenced by his new truck" syndrome. Note: stock wheel/tire size is 245/70/16 on relatively narrow 16 in rims, and I'm not interested in bling bling chrome spinner 22's with 35 aspect ratio tires.
