Kiss’ Gene Simmons has settled the lawsuit filed against him for sexual battery.

 

The unnamed plaintiff—an on-air radio personality referred to as Jane Doe in the original court documents—filed the suit last December.

 

It concerned an alleged incident that took place on November 1 in which she interviewed Simmons and Paul Stanley.

 

She claimed Simmons touched her inappropriately and “turned standard interview questions into sexual innuendos.”
