Featured Replies

Dear all, My friend Resign from current job., next week he will leave from thailand., on the same day his work permit will be cancelled., now he looking for new job in thailand., if he get new job before he leaving from country., he can go with Non-Immigrant B visa Documents from new company., and he after reach the home country he apply Non-immigrant B visa with new company documents,., after he enter to Thailand with New  non Immigrant B visa., This way have any problems?? Please clarify., beacuse my friend don't want to change employment without leaving thailand., he want leaving Thailand and apply new non immigrant B visa  with new employer documents., This way will face any problems?? please reply anybody?

No problem unless the immigration office where he applies for another extension insists his previous extension of stay be canceled first.

He should at least get a termination letter from his employer stating his last day of work (date he leaves the country should be before or on that date). Best to have his extension canceled before leaving. He can could go to immigration a few days before the termination date and immigration will post date the cancelation to that day.

It would be much easier not to leave the country, go to immigration with the relevant documents com the new company.

Why does he want to leave the country?
