7 days extension of stay

Featured Replies

Hi, my work permit/visa will cancelled July 18 (this stamp on passport), now I need 2 week extension

Can I go near immigration office and apply 15 days extension., it's possible,.

This extension can make by myself (or ) need my previous employer support;

Because my previous employer doesn't support extension of stay for me.,so I want to immigration and make

And what are the documents need for apply extension of stay.,

Sounds to me that you can go and try an application for extension, but that one will be denied. That will result in 7 days to leave the country.
Another option would be to go over a border and back again for getting a visa exempt for probably 30 days, depending on which country your passport is issued in.

However, that´s what I have read before if I do not mix things up. I am sure a more professional person will come along soon, and either comfirm what I wrote or give you the right info.

What is your nationality?

Indian

You can apply for a 30 day extension, which will be refused, but they'll give you 7 days to leave the Country.

If you need more time you'll have to leave Thailand, fly back in and apply for a 15 day Visa on arrival.
