Non Imm B + WP Renewal

My Non Imm B and WP both expire 31/8/2018 so with a month to go I am just trying to get my head around what exactly I need to do. 

 

Am I applying for a brand new Non Imm B with basically the same paperwork requirements as the original app or an extension (TM7)?

If you already have an extension of stay you will apply for a new one using a TM7 form. No need to get a new non-b visa from an embassy or consulate.

You work permit will also need to be extended.

Thanks Joe. With the TM7 will I need to show all the documents such as company tax return, personal tax return (form 91), company registrations etc etc or are they requirements for the WP extension?

You will need all the supporting documents you mentioned and more to apply for the extension.
