what kind of insulation do I need under pvc floor?

I bought a condo on the 2nd floor in Bangkok, handymen removed the floor but the floor was very hard to remove because they used a lot of "glue" under the old floor. Before I couldn't hear the noise from the generator downstairs but after removing and installing the new pvc floor (they installed it without glue or anything just straight on the concrete) I can hear the noise from the generator downstairs. The handyman can remove this floor without damaging the whole floor so I want to put something under the pvc floor to get rid of the noise downstairs. I have found this company www.doublefloor.co.th, does anyone knows what to install under my pvc floor to get rid of the noise downstairs and who knows a company or handman who can do this? Simply put the old floor back (with lots of glue) then put your chosen pvc flooring on top.

Sorry but that floor is completely gone

Typically any laminate floor would use foam underneath and this is a specific foam for sound deadening in the U.S.
Use masking tape to connect the seams to each other to keep it in place.
I don’t know what’s available here.

I was not being serious. Just out of interest, why did you rip up the old floor instead of just overlaying?
