A woman was caught on tape kicking and punching a monk after attempting to steal from a Nakorn Pathom temple donation box.

It was all done in front of the 33 year old mother's little daughter.

Scandalized TNA presenters reporting on the assault exhorted viewers to take a look at "Phooying jai baab" - this female sinner.

Moments earlier Phra Kittisak at the temple of Wat Klang Bang Kaew in Nakorn Chaisri had been told my a visitor to the temple that the woman had tried to steal from the box.

He appeared to be in the process of calling the police when the woman kicked him then punched him repeatedly off camera.

All the while her daughter is taking it all in.

The woman was soon arrested by Nakorn Chaisri police. She was named as Orawan Pancharoen.

Police said that in mid-July she had stolen 1,000 baht from a coffin at a funeral but the matter was not reported.

She then returned to try her luck again on July 31st leading to the latest incident.

She has been charged with assault, taking Class 1 drugs and attempted theft.

TNA further reported that police later arrested Orawan's 42 year old husband Narong in Tha Tamnak sub-district after a urine sample tested purple indicating he had taken illegal drugs.

So how did the police know, if it wasn't reported - did they use the services of a mor-doo (fortune teller) to discover this?

if they don't start treating addiction as a disease this is going to get way worse.

I just hope that the little girl get replaced and gets the help she needs before it´s too late. For the mother and father, there seems to be far too late already.

Lucky for her that this was no ' Shaolin ' monk ....

A female sinner - is this phrase from the bible?  Mary Magdalene -the prostitute whom they said Jesus married her and they went to live a quiet and happy life in France. So some of these french walking around Paris are descendants of Mary Magdalene and the son of God.( well, a jewish fellow actually). After they took him down from the cross and he recovered from his terrible ordeal nearly died but recovered and later went to France with Mary M. I am more inclined to believe this story than the ascension to heaven .

Why are the female sinners the worst kind ? They must be  bad erh?

The matter was not reported because it was up to the deceased to make the complaint.

I find this story very hard to believe. Are'nt all women saints?

Laughing here. Karma I will call it. Usually, it is the monks doing the kicking and stealing money. Roles have been reversed here. The Monk was prob angry because she was stealing the money before he could

The monk was just a bit p+++sed as the woman got to the money before him.?
