Possible to change re-entry from Single to Multiple

Featured Replies

I was a little short-sighted when I renewed retirement visa this year followed by the application for re-entry and applied only for single re-entry. Is there any chance to change this and if so where? The same Immigration Office or at the airport before leaving?

Thanks

Felt

They will not change a single to a multiple re-entry permit. You will have to use it before applying for a multiple re-entry permit.

Do I understand correctly if I use the single first and then apply for a multiple re-entry with the same retirement visa (extension)?

Not a problem to apply for and have a multiple re-entry permit issued after the single is used. You could also get another single re-entry permit if you wanted to.
