I have been with my girlfriend for the last 8 years. 2 of those years we have lived in the UK. She is a biochemist for Unilever. In the last 6 years i have worked a bit. But the last 2 years i have been going back to america once a year to get a new non immb multiple entry. We have been discussing the option of marriage and getting the non o. I am a bit confused on the requirements, seems to be a lot of different ideas.

I have the 400k in the bank, wife makes 120+k a month. Right now i have no income, so if they asked for the 40k a month income would my wife's cover it. Or do i need to show income in my name. Anyway thanks for reading. Look forward to hearing replies.
