Hello im going to Vientiane for a single entry Non O visa based on marriage to a Thai. I will take the documents below please tell me if i need any more or have too much. Thankyou 
 

1. Original Thai marriage certificate & 1x copy 
2. Copy wifes Thai ID card front and back signed & dated x1
3. Copy wifes Tabian bahn signed and dated x1
4. Copy of data page of my passport x1
5. Photographs x2


*Can i download the application form? I have heard of rejected downloaded forms
*Do i need a letter from my wife? 
*Do i need Kor Ror 2? 
*Do i really need to take original Marriage certificate or is just a copy ok?

One to 5 is correct. Plus a copy of your Lao visa/entry stamp.

Download and print 2 sided in color this form. Vientiane visa form.pdf

Letter and Kor Ror 2 is not needed.

Best to have the original marriage certificate in case the ask for it.

No They don't issue any multiple entry visas.

Savannakhet will issue one based upon marriage to a Thai.
