I have multiple non-O visa - when can i apply for retirement extension?

I have a multiple non-O visa, which allows me to enter Thailand multiple times for one year.. I can stay 3 months each time.

I arrived August 15 for the first time. 

Can I apply for retirement extension of stay in 3 months,  ie in November? 

Or do I have to use this non-O visa until the year is over,  so i can only get a retirement extension next summer? 

You can do it during the final 30 days of any stay.

Yes. You can apply within the last 30 days of your current 90 day permit to stay, or any future stays if you want to wait.

 

You will need to meet the financial requirements on the day you apply.
