Trying to fill out passport renewal form online, but was born in Canada, naturalized in USA, and can enter city on application, but cannot enter country, as can only choose from american states.

anybody have this problem and solution.

I assume you are applying for US passport and completing the form online. If applying for it here in Thailand you cannot submit the application on online. You complete and print it out. Form: https://eforms.state.gov/forms/ds82.pdf
