I have been trying to transfer money from it to my bank account, both UK based. It does not go through on a win laptop, an android tablet, or on the Paypal app on an android phone. It does say on the phone try again in a few minutes, but never works. Emailing them only results in a useless generic reply and they never seem to answer the phone. Anyone else ever have similar problems? the amount is way under the £500 limit.

Use them regularly both here (via Singapore office) and the UK and havnt had any issues.

I would suggest to try ringing them again.?
