I'm sure some of the locals know where to source manure and, for a few Baht extra, somebody who'll deliver it to your doorstep in the back of their pickup. Usually Baht 250/300 for the driver and the cost of fuel on top of that. No idea how much for the animal droppings.

Agreed. You should be able to buy fertiliser bags full for about 30baht each from anyone in the village with cows. Right now money will be tight with the second round of rice fertilisers to pay for and months from harvest (in my area), so there should be plenty of takers. Plus being wet season the cows will be in the sheds and straw being fed to them so the manure will be there. 

But it will be fresh and I would suggest you should compost it prior to applying to your garden. Accelerate that process with some EMA or better.
