Dear Guest,

We regret to inform you that AirAsia will be suspending flights FD2010 from Chiang Mai (CNX) to Udon Thani (UTH) effective 01 October 2018.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we would like to offer you the following service recovery options:

Option 1: Move flight: Change your flight to an earlier travel date (before suspension)on the same route without additional cost and subject to seat availability; OR

Option 2: Rerouting: Reroute via DMK within 14 calendar days from the original departure date without additional cost and subject to seat availability. Hotel or any other arrangement expenses will not be borne by AirAsia. OR

Option 3: Credit Account: Retain the value of fare in a credit account for future travel with AirAsia. The online Credit Account to be redeemed within 180 calendar days from the date of issue.The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as our schedule is out.; OR

Option 4: Full Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking;

You may fill the eform or contact us through our customer contact channels with your new flight details (date and time) and passenger name(s) for option 1,2 or your AirAsia Big Loyalty member ID for option 3 request.

For the full refund request kindly submit an eform available on Customer Support. Select Type – “Refund” followed by Flight Cancellation” for Sub-category 1 and complete the remaining fields and click submit.
