Am using income and bank balance this year for o visa renewal  was under the impression  net income was used  ,am using a rental property as my income is it gross or net income to be  declared to jomtien immigration on my stat dec  always thought it might be net what do people declare thank you

You don't need to declare whether it's net or gross. They will accept whatever the amount of income is stated in the "stat dec".

 

I certainly would avoid stating it as gross income, especially if the income is borderline to meet the requirement.

Yes with net income you have bank statement  if they want to view

It can be up to 6 months old on the date you apply for the extension.
