Booking Air Asia from America.

Featured Replies

I am back to an old problem. When I try to book an Air Asia flight to CM from BKK (while in America) for January the site refuses my American Visa credit cards.

It says to use another card. I know it is not the credit card companies and AA has never heard of Customer Service. What do I do? Has anyone else dealt with this problem?

If Air Asia site is refusing your US Credit card, you can try to book through Traveloka.

According to my experience, Air Asia flights on Traveloka cost about the same as on Air Asia site. Unlike Air Asia, Traveloka do not charge fee to use credit card.

Recently, Traveloka stopped showing Air Asia flights on its sites.

However, Expedia is still listing Air Asia flights for reservation.

Do they list all the flights AA has? My experience is they don't but I could be wrong.

Thanks

I just did the flight compare using both AA website and Expedia for the same departure date. I found Expedia list all AA flights for that date. You can try the same on the date you want to travel to confirm.
