I have a 30 day permission to stay until 07 October 2018.

What are the latest requirements to get a 30 day extension ?

I read that the owner of my rented condo needs to sign a form ?  Is this true ?

- it was not required the last time I applied, early this year ..

same address for past 4 years

Just stay 30 or 60 days at a time once or twice a year

Bangkok does not require a TM30 form to be submitted by individuals. They only enforce it for hotels and etc.
