We have a 07:15 international flight on Tuesday. I'd like to get to the airport no later than 5:30AM. How much time should we allow for the taxi this early in the morning? Seems when we came here a month ago it was only about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. I'm thinking to allow the same 30 minutes, but would appreciate any comments from those who have travelled to the airport from my area at an early hour.

As long as you tell the taxi to go via toll way, 30 minutes from soi 11 at that time is no problem

30 minutes is not problem, but you should be in the taxi, ready to go by 5:00 am and tell the driver to turn right into Sukhumvit and enter the tollway next to Soi 1. Some preefer to go outbound Sukhumvit t Bagna Trat-highway which does take longr due to traffic lights.
