Bangkok Bank app… How to?

Featured Replies

Today, I made a fairly large transfer via Bangkok Bank app on my phone. I was just about to “Share” the receipt with the receiver as proof of payment, when there was a knock at the door, so I came out of the app to answer it.

When I went back into the app to continue, the share option had disappeared. I called up history and tried to screenshot the payment, but it is not allowed for security reasons.

Does anyone know how, if possible one can recall said share option to send as proof of payment?

I tried looking on BKKBK website without success.

TIA

I would get someone you trust to take pic of transaction showing on your phone and send you.

Check your photo gallery. Pics of my transactions automatically go to my photo gallery.

Did a picture of the receipt not go to your phones picture gallery..?

As others have said there should be a copy in your photo gallery in the folder Bualuang ibanking.

Otherwise you can go to services, transaction history to see the photo without share option. If you have another phone or tablet or a camera you might take a photo.

Whenever I make a transaction in the app, I receive an email with the transaction details, it doesn't look very "presentable" though. As others have said, the app also stores a picture of the transaction slip in the phone's gallery, that's what I use for sharing.
