Any suggestions on a good area to look for a condo or house rental in Hua His

Featured Replies

Budget is between 60-100K a month and looking for a new property outside of town.

Would appreciate if anyone has any suggestions on how to go about finding a place like this and any areas to look for a property in the area of Hua Hin.

well in that price range there are hundreds of houses.

make sure you look to the south of town in Khao Tao if you like the beach and the feeling of some nature around you.

when do you get to HH?

I travel to Thailand quite often and I will be in HH sometime in the next couple of months.

Used to be some houses in soi102 area, just south of the soi and in about the first turn left when

heading away from the ocean. I see people advertising at the Market Village as well, about

12, 000 baht per month, back several years ago.

Geezer

Just stay away from the flooded areas, and 102 is one of them.

With that budget you can get anything, so why hurry? Get yourselves a nice suite in a hotel for a month, and search around.

Give you an idea what you get for 25k these months

The Condo 88 have nice two bedrooms for rent 5 min away from everything. 35 - 40k a month top floor!

Thanks, That place looks to be very good value. Any other areas you suggest I stay away from?
