webfact Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 Legal Execution Dept sells ฿147-bn in disputed assets in 2018 BANGKOK, 23 October 2018 (NNT) - The Legal Execution Department has handled about 147 billion baht worth of disputed assets that were seized after litigation in the 2018 fiscal year. The Director-General of the Legal Execution Department, Ruenwadee Suwanmongkol, said on Monday that the amount is beyond the department's target of 110 billion baht and the highest in eight years. Ms. Ruenwadee said her department's target for the 2019 fiscal year is 130 billion baht.
