Moving to a new district

Featured Replies

I'm moving from Bangkok to Hua Hin in the next couple of weeks and am aware that I have to notify the Immigration office in Hua Hin of my new address, TM28 I think, but do I also need to complete a TM30 as the possessor of the property at that stage?

In the almost 12 years I've lived in Bangkok I've never been asked to do a TM30, but it seems that might be about to change, but in Hua Hin will i need to submit a new TM30 every time I return from a trip overseas or upcountry?

I'm on an extension of stay based on retirement.

Thanks in advance

You will need a TM28 change of address form and/or a TM30 report in Hua HIn. Not sure they will want both but certainly a TM30 form.

I don't recall Hua Hin wanting new TM30 every time you leave and re-enter the country. Ask them about it when you change your address. It is certainly not needed every time you travel within the country.
