Destiny1990 Posted October 27, 2018 Share Posted October 27, 2018 A Thai mother is not married but has a son of 15 years. Her son has a Thai and a foreign passport and they both live abroad. The Thai mother owns a large house in Hua Hin. In that house have been living her parents since the last 20 years.The house is mortgage free. The Thai mother is very sick likely to die within a year then what happens with the house? The mother is willing to make a will that the house is for her son but that her parents may live there for the rest of their lives.
