Arrived on 60 TV, then got 30 extension of stay, then applied for non Imm O, no receipt was issued as their receipt book was missing, my 30 day ext is nearly up and no word,they said they would ring me, from them. If my non Imm O does net eventuate, can I get a second 30 day ext. of stay?  No good commenting on the non Imm O affair, I have no proof of applying. .

You can only for apply for one 30 day extension of a tourist visa entry.

I suggest you go to immigration and ask them about your visa application. If there is a delay of in the approval being done they could do a under consideration stamp that would allow you to stay until it is approved.

They usually take about 2 weeks to process the non ‘O’ application.

Not a spouse or parent. I been waiting for their call for 3 weeks, rang them yesterday, was told, come and show me your pp. then hung up. Going in today,worried as I have no proof of having applied, and paid 2K.
