Just returned from Sin and notice on embassy now states open hours are 09:15 to 11:30 only for visa applications.(Use to be 12:15) I arrived at 11:20 and they almost did not let me in. As always check all Thai and local holidays( Closed Feb 19 and 20 for Chinese new year)
