cooked Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 I THINK this is Kabuk, Amorphophallus (yes it means what you think it does) paeonifolia. We usually give the foliage to the ducks although she occasionally makes a curry. The tuber goes to the pigs if we don't want to plant again. Occasionaly get flowers also.
