If your memory wasn't so poor, you would remember I have had a girlfriend here over 5 years. I'm not bitter in any way. We'll be moving back to Texas for a better life soon enough. It doesn't matter if my ex refuses to sell. i paid 100% for the house and entitled to either compensation or to sell it outright. It takes awhile as my court dealing isn't the only one they have.
