Perhaps if people had to prove more details when they register there would be less chance for people to suggest voter fraud?

Who cares what people suggest? There is virtually no in person voter fraud problem in the USA. Voting is not a privilege like driving a car. Voting is a right.

Here we go.

"Thought the election might restore some order? Oh you poor, sweet child.

On Tuesday, American voters had their say: They gave Democrats control of the House, a check on the chaotic and rageful Trump presidency that left many voters saying in Election Day polls that they felt anxious and overwhelmed.

On Wednesday, President Trump gave his response: He will be even more chaotic and rageful going forward.

Trump called a news conferenceWednesday and, incredibly, proclaimedTuesday’s loss “a great victory for us . . . very close to complete victory.”"

LIke you mean when Trump threatens to veto a budget because Democrats won't pass a pill budgeting for building the Wall?

As for it being possibly the best option..., this reminds of Mark Twain's boasting about how he hit somebody's fist with his face.

How do you square that with the rejection of him (his party) by the electorate nationwide in the House of Representatives election?

You mean the usual party switch? He did better than Obama did.

Looks like Judge Janice Rogers is in line to be the next AG. That will make the Democrats crazy, a conservative woman.  And now you have RBG in the hospital? And despite Pelosi,  the talk is now to Impeach Kavanaugh and Trump? I hope now that Trump declassifies all of the FISA and Dept of Justice stuff thats being hidden.  He is just playing them, he acts...they react, he reacts, they over react. Warning indeed, this is going to be a circus. ????

First off, Republicans have a built in advantage because of widepspread gerrymandering by republicans after the 2010 elections.

Second the economy is putting up strong numbers and despite that, the Republicans will end up losing about 33 seats. and most likely the democrats will have an edge in the popular vote of 7-8 percent.

And most importantly democrats did very well in those midwestern states that Trump won in the last election. And in Pennsylvania too. It's useful to remember that those economic numbers look good in aggregate but when you break down who's winning. working class people mostly aren't. ANd when you throw in the war that Republicans are waging on health care, it doestn' look so good for Trump in 2020.

Yeah but it's important to not discount his toxic talents as a demagogue. He was elected largely due to the racism card and he will never stop using that because that is who he is.

"Donald Trump Says He’s ‘Never Used Racist Remarks.’ I Know Different.

His recent attacks on immigrants fit a pattern of bigoted behavior toward minorities I watched for years."

Something like that on the budget it will be tit for tat and Trump is the master at lookngnlike he is winning when others would bebate the fact, plus he will defend himself as he still has lots of power.

I would suspect, if they throw something at him he will throw something back twice as hard. I've never read Mark Twain but an interesting analogy if correct, maybee I will broaden my horizons.

Troll post removed.

If tiny Don attempts to squash this investigation, it could be his undoing. It is incumbent upon the new congress to treat him like the rabid, disloyal, disengenious, lying, cheating dog that he is.

It’s being reported that the republicans lost 333 total seats they have suffered their worst defeat since watergate this after most districts have been heavily gerrymanderind in 2010 trump got his head handed to him good and proper we have a long way to go but it is a step towards the light thankyou brothers and sisters

Relax , Mueller wont be fired. Besides President Trump had full authority to do that from the beginning.

Mueller is trapped, he cant resign, quit, and cant move forward. He has nothing of substance but has much to answer for. stuck.

Whitaker is for fisa  and other document declas for President Trump

by authority of executive order if necessary.

Or maybe he will pursue election fraud as many non citizens have been encouraged to vote.

The literacy of your post leads me to doubt the accuracy of your conclusions.

The thing is, Trump's appointment of Whittaker is certainly unconstitutional. And if anything conservative justices and legal scholars are virtually unanimous on this point. The Constitution explicitlyl says that the President nominates and the Senate confirms all "Principal Officers". A principle officer being one who answers only to the President. So unless conservative justice pull a 180 - and I think even for them that would be a stretch in this case - Whittaker is just a few steps away from being unappointed and disappointed.

More like "trump" could be the USA's undoing. He's not going anywhere. He's the "gift" of toxic horribleness that keeps on giving!

Has the constitution ever stopped Trump before? He is no respecter of laws. The real question is, will the newly elected democratic house use their political capital to go after godzilla? Before he tears down the nation?

Tiny Don. The art of moving America backwards, and lowering the quality of life for the average American.

The art of I cannot make a deal to save my life.

The art of attempting to lead a nation, while being infected with the thinnest skin of a world leader, in history.

The art of not having a diplomatic bone in his body, and destroying long held alliances, with hate, hubris and a horrible lack of intelligence, vision and talent.

Exactly. And he is one step ahead of them. Look at this hypothetical situation. Appoint an ACTING Attorney General like Whittaker who will make the Democrats go into a frenzy of screaming "constitutional crisis" and start frothing at the mouth. Their allies in the media and the far left  go off the rails. The elder senile leadership begins battling the radicals. Get some play out of their allied mobs attacking Journalist homes while screeching hate and violence, picking on a guy like Tucker surely hardens the hearts of his 3.7 million viewer. Rachel Maddow stirs up mobs. While all this is simmering, have Whittaker declassify the FISA stuff and while they are howling like gibbering monkeys over that (especially because of what it will show), hit them with Janice Rogers Brown so they can start playing the Uncle Tom card, that will work well with the regular moderate black electorate. She then starts an Investigation of Hillary et al, which brings back all the bogus Immunity grants to her associates. Oh my gawd after a few months of that, our heads will be spinning and the all the folks at home will see is yelling and screaming...and Trump can just sit back and be quiet. Masterful. Meanwhile, Muellers investigation will quietly die.

Wow, did you just describe your wet dream or are these more of your rather infamous predictions?

When will these sheep get over the 2016 election? Accusations, vile accusations against the proper, legal representative of the people of the US! Whereas with the "D's" there is proof and proof of illegal activities at the state and federal level! Do they think that by screaming and yelling and insulting the majority of Americans who voted for the man they are going to make the future better? What part of "shooting yourself in the foot" and "cutting your nose off to spite your face" do they not understand? Do they really want a civil war? And even if they get "T" out then who do they think will replace him and how will the replacement act differently? Boo hoo, change your nappy and hold your congress to their duty...you know... work together to the betterment of the people!

For God's sake!

So much disinformation there it isn't even worth it to take it seriously.

However, I will respond to one item. The majority of the American people and also Americans that voted in 2016 NEVER voted for "trump" and NEVER will. Maybe get informed about U.S. issues before further embarrassing yourself. American presidents are not supposed to be dictatorial monarchs above the law though clearly "trump" thinks differently.

Comparing Trump's vile character with that of dogs is a verbal slender for our2 dogs.

We can rely on our dogs, they don't change their attitude within 5 minutes, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month. They are not disingenuous, don't bark against not-white people, don't like „pussy-grabbing“, are very loyal. In short, you can relay on them. A big difference to the orange man-child.

In exactly the same way as Trump has chosen his (formerly „great“) co-workers“ for the government - as Sessions and many, many others – in the same way it has gotten obvious that this Lotus (Liar Of The ….) is absolutely incapable of selecting competent and intelligent people for the highest jobs in government. Changing his co-workers like an underwear says all about Trump. An absolute slouch, whereas our dogs have brain enough to differ between god and bad, competent and incompetent.

And our dogs are faithful.

As president, Trump has the legal power to declassify information. He also has the authority to share information with whomever he wants, including foreign adversaries"

Trump is protected under an executive order that was signed by Barack Obama in 2009 establishing a uniform system for "classifying, safeguarding and declassifying national security information."
