Three groups sign deal to help migrants in Thailand

Featured Replies

The Manpower Association of Cambodia and the Association of Cambodian Recruitment Agencies yesterday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Thai-Cambodian Relation Association to protect migrant workers in Thailand. The MoU was signed in the presence of Labour Minister Ith Samheng yesterday at a hotel in Phnom Penh and is aimed at protecting the rights and welfare of migrants workers in Thailand.

He said that the MoU is also aimed at helping undocumented Cambodian workers in Thailand who face deportation and also helps combat transnational human trafficking.
