My agency who does my Extension of Stay just notified me they can do the renewal up to 3 months early. I always thought it was 30 days. Also was notified of a new rule. You have to appear in person now for your photo to be taken. Can not just submit your own photos.

3 months must coincide with your last 90 day report then, so you can combine the two?  But does that mean you have to do a 90 day report when you would have been renewing your extension of stay, if so, there is no advantage?

As an aside, why do you use an agent, its so easy to do yourself?  Just interested, no criticism intended.

Unless the required finances are not there.

You agent must have a ‘special relationship’, because immigration haven’t announced any policy change. The earliest, generally, is 45 days.

Don't know what to tell you, just information I am passing on what was told to me and I am doing it next week.

Not that it is relevant, but I do not use agency for funds. I use for convenience.
